"The hotel structure is modern and nicely looking. Everything that's beyond it it's a non-funny joke. As we arrived they missed our expedia reservation because, supposedly, it had been book too long ago (on Expedia looked pretty confirmed though). It took close to an hour to get our room as they were asking for more and more reservation details (on top of reservation number, date, payment method any many more) to go through. "Que dire mise à part que nous avons passé un agréable séjour au sein de la villa qui fut propre à notre arrivée comme à notre départ, piscine très bien entretenue, wifi disponible, magnifique vue sur la mer, quartier calme... Le Propriétaire a vraiment pensé à tout !! Mille merci Sid Ali qui a été à notre disposition et à notre écoute. Nous recommandons cette villa à nos proches et reviendrons prochainement avec grand plaisir !!!! "

"We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience."
